Kinto Share: Sustainable mobility overlooks the sea, the car sharing service arrives at the port of

The first car sharing service which has been activated starting from April 18th in the Cruise Terminal locations in Palermo Port offers the possibility of renting cars for as long as necessary, even just a few hours, through the use of the dedicated app and specific parking lots, with the help of a team to support customers in activating and booking trips. The fleet is made up of five Toyota cars with 100% Full Hybrid technology. In this way the service contributes to making travel increasingly sustainable and respectful of the environment by promoting the reduction of CO2 and NOX emissions during travel. It will be possible to book the cars of the Kinto Share service at the port of Palermo or also in other locations, since it is present also in other italian cities, such as Venezia, Cagliari and Pescara. Pasqualino Monti, president of the Western Sicilian Sea Port System Authority, states that "the port of Palermo is also participating in the evolution of sharing mobility by hosting Toyota's smart mobility brand, Kinto [...] An innovative solution to make the port of Palermo increasingly attractive and capable of offering different alternatives for the sustainable visit of the place".
